Property description Can Mon Port is a beautiful modern villa located in Mon Port, one of the most exclusive areas of Puerto Andratx.
From here you will enjoy amazing views of the harbor, the sea and the surrounding countryside.
The interior of Can Mon Port features large rooms with neutral tones creating a wonderful bright and spacious atmosphere perfectly complemented by eye catching splashes of colors.

Outside the villa is surrounded by a luxury garden with furniture and loungers that offers privacy and quiet. A gardener takes care of it 2 times a week for the maintenance of the plants and pool.
There are also an outdoor shower and a 6 persons outdoor SPA/Jacuzzi that is heated for clients while they are at the property.

The villa boasts large terraces facing south on several levels, the pool area includes the large private swimming pool (10x5m) equipped with sun loungers, pool side terraces with dining seats for 10 people and a lounge area.
There is a further lounge area on the balcony at the first floor.
Then there is a guest house that has a bedroom with two single beds that can be arranged as a double, en-suite bathroom with shower and WC, a small kitchen and seating area. The guest house has its own balcony with sea view.
Finally, the property is equipped with all kind of modern comforts and also alarm system.

For cot rentals no bedding is provided. Bedding can be arranged at an additional fee.
When booking you will be subject to pay the Balearic ecotax of €2.20 per night per person
A refundable damage deposit will be required when booking.
Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service: All towels and linen included in the rental (for 10 persons). Unless agreed otherwise, the maid cleans Tuesdays and Thursdays for 4 hours, and 6 hours Saturday, but more hours can be arranged.
Linen is changed weekly and towels are changed Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Babysitting and outside catering can be arranged - advance notice required.
