The beach of Illetes is just a 15-minute drive away and the airport is about 20-minute drive.
In Son Rapinya you can find all kind of amenities such as: supermarkets, restaurants and bars, pharmacies, etc.
This vacation rental is perfect place for golfers, since within 5 minutes, you will reach one of the best Golf locations in Mallorca, Arabella Golf Son Quint. Furthermore, you will have access to the gym center that is only 2-minute walk away, with swimming pool, fitness and tennis court (you will receive your pass at the house).
Townhouse Aminta is really cozy and bright, it is 200 m2 and is ideal for a family and/or group of friends thanks to its 4 bedrooms spread over two levels and here guests will enjoy their holiday in total privacy.
In detail, the first floor gives access to the lobby, followed by one bedroom with two single beds with a terrace and a wardrobe. Then, you will reach a bathroom with shower, the kitchen with all useful appliances (microwave, oven, induction stove, etc.), with functional laundry room and pantry.
Behind the large living room there is a study spot next to the working fireplace that can heat up the full house during the colder days, with great grand windows and a family dining room that opens to the garden where you can enjoy days and evenings with a glass of wine and/or a BBQ.
On the second floor, there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe, study office and private terrace. This room has a double bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower and a beautiful view over Palma city.
The other bedrooms have each 2 single beds with French windows and they are very bright, while the bathroom is with shower.
All bedrooms have air conditioning and can be heated via the chimney, as mentioned before.
The house is carefully maintained and is the perfect place to enjoy a great holiday in Mallorca.
