Objektbeschreibung: Das Anwesen geht auf den Besitz von Son Anglada zurück. Es entstand durch den Zusammenschluss von drei Grundstücken, die Ignacio Ferragut Santandreu am 3. Januar 1857 erwarb, von dem es auch seinen Namen hat. In den 1920er Jahren besuchten die amerikanischen Kunsthistoriker Arthur Byne und Mildred Stapley verschiedene Landgüter auf der Insel, um die Merkmale der traditionellen mallorquinischen Architektur zu studieren. Ihre Arbeit wurde in dem 1928 in New York erschienenen Buch "Majorcan Houses and Gardens" veröffentlicht, das zwei dem Landgut gewidmete Tafeln enthält.
