1.Terms and Conditions of use and acceptance.

These terms and conditions govern the use of the Internet Website www.Redhawk-realestate.com (hereinafter, the "Website") which Redhawk & Partners S.L. provides Internet Users free of charge.

The Use of the Redhawk & Partners’s website provides use of the website to visitors (hereinafter, the "User") and the User fully accepts without any reservations each and every one of the terms and conditions which are published in the Website when the User accesses it. The Terms of Use are governed by Spanish Law. The services offered on the Website are also governed by Spanish Law.

Redhawk has no control whatsoever on who or whom may have access to its Website and where they could be located. Despite the fact that Redhawk is aware of this, this does not signify that they will not be subjected to foreign countries; in the event of a dispute or a claim in relation to the Website or any of the services provided within the Website, the parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the city of Palma de Mallorca and the Spanish courts.
